Since its inception in 1972, Richland Sealcoating Co., Inc. has grown into the premier pavement maintenance service in north-central Ohio. From our base in Mansfield, we service an area approximately 60 miles in all directions.

This growth has not been by accident, but rather the result of a commitment to providing superior products and service to our customers. In 2000 we purchased F&H Blacktop Sealing in Tiffin, Ohio combining the two companies to provide a more efficient workforce. With this acquisition, we were able to provide our quality services to a much larger service area.

Our constant search for better products and more efficient methods of service, coupled with our highly trained pavement evaluators and work crews, has paid huge dividends, not only for us, but more importantly, for our customers.

NATIONAL RECOGNITIOn

Richland Sealcoating Co, Inc has had the honor of being named as a “Top 50 Contractor” by Pavement Maintenance Magazine for the last 6 years running. This award is given to the Top 50 sealcoating contractors throughout the United States. We are only 1 of 3 contractors in the State of Ohio to receive this recognition. This honor shows that our dedicated staff takes pride in every job we are on.
